- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and care.
- Ensure a reliable and fast internet connection, hardwired via an ethernet cable (cellular data is not acceptable).
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside strong active listening abilities.
- Demonstrated customer service experience with proven success in similar roles.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including adept internet navigation and the capacity to multitask across various windows or tabs.
- Capability to maintain focus and sit for prolonged periods.
